Denise did an outstanding job. This was an unusual situation - I had had a house fire in March 2024. The contractors I worked with and my homeowners insurer had made things worse instead of better. And, my best option was to sell. The potential market was somewhat limited since the interior had not been completed. Denise assessed the situation; made great suggestions to maximize the selling price; and, had it on the market less than a week after the siding contractor finished work. There were 11 offers in 24 hours - all above the asking price. And, we had a contract within 28 hours of it going on the market. Closing went forward without a hitch, too. I met Denise in 2009 when first tried to sell my house during the financial crisis. Was not successful but was highly impressed by Denise. I remained in contact with Denise over the years so when I decided to sell in 2020, I naturally gave her a call.Denise was helpful in many ways prior to the listing as well, including:- walk thru of home 6 mos prior to listing the home to identify areas to redecorate, paint & projects to repair, and also what not to focus on- had a list of capable & cost-effective tradesman for repair projects, cleaning etc.- walk thru of home with stager to enhance the appeal to buyers- discuss timing & strategy on listingWhen I decided to list, we discussed my ideas & goals.
